Nutrition:
Our Registered Dietician will address any nutritional concerns or issues you may have. Through a nutritional assessment, we will evaluate your current eating habits and caloric intake. We will help you identify areas where you may sabotage your efforts, as well as the things you are doing right. We will discuss with you the simple dietary strategies and painless changes that will help you achieve your fitness goals more quickly. We will develop an eating plan for you in your busy life. You will look better, feel better and be happier following time-honored nutritional principals instead of fad diets.
Post-Rehab Fitness:
The most vital rehab can occur after you are released to resume normal activities. It is easy to become inactive and stop improving upon your functional and fitness level. The Training Edge trainers will work closely with your physician to create your individualized fitness program. Our Post-Rehab Fitness Program is developed in consultation with our Physical Therapist and Registered Dietician and is supervised by a Registered Nurse and Exercise Physiologist.
Sports Specific Programs:
Our trainers specialize in Sport Specific Training, addressing all aspects of athletic performance, including mental and psychological. Whether you are into basketball or golf, a serious athlete or a weekend warrior, we will improve your game and minimize your risk for injury. You will see enhanced performance during the playing season, and we will keep your skills up during off-season.
